About
Shelley Dahl earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 1997, followed by a Master of Science in Child Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University, where she specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy.
With a foundation rooted in Family Systems Theory, Shelley brings extensive experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional and relational challenges.
Shelley is also one of the few certified sex therapists in the Fargo–Moorhead area, offering specialized, evidence-based support in a field where trusted expertise is rare.
